Yvonne Lindsay

My name is Yvonne Lindsay and I am the director of Telecom Networks. My own background is in sales and predominately the telecoms industry, previously serving 10 years with BT. I have gained a wealth of knowledge in business sales, service, complaints and running my own sales team. Prior to joining the telecoms industry, I studied Psychology at Strathclyde University so I understand the importance of building good, strong, customer relationships. It is a known fact that people buy from people so trust and honesty are key in this business.

Not only are we a sales team but we also carry out our own telephone installations. We see this as our ‘USP’ - the person who sells you your services also installs the services and carries out the full order journey, offering a fully project managed service. Feedback received from existing customers tells us that our ‘knowledge’ was a key factor for choosing Telecom Networks over other competitors.

My name is Carrie Duncan and I have worked at Telecom Networks for over 7 years and within the telecommunications industry in many different areas for almost 20 years. My current role is mainly in Field Sales and Installations bringing in new customers from all over the UK. At Telecom Networks our biggest selling point is without a doubt our customer service. Every customer receives a fully account managed service with a dedicated account manager. This is the thing I like most about my job, getting to know my customers and taking full responsibility for any issues they may have.

I have a wealth of experience within the telecoms industry which I utilise every day in Telecom Networks. Technology is constantly evolving within our industry so it certainly keeps the job interesting keeping up-to-date with all the new products and services.

Almost all of my customers are ex-BT customers and the feedback is always the same. They were sceptical at first to leave BT but once they did they found the whole experience very simple and refreshing. They only wish they done it sooner!!!

Hi, I’m Lynn and welcome to our page.  Having worked in the industry for many years I can honestly say I really enjoy my job!  Having moved from BT to Telecom Networks back in 2010, we do things very differently here.  Our admin/support team are UK-based with direct links to Openreach to deliver a quick turnaround for any problems.  Simple billing and customer liaison makes for a stress-free experience for you and me.  I can safely say my customers are not just numbers and I enjoy a good working relationship with them, if you don’t believe me, ask them!

My name is Nicola. I have over 15 years of experience working within a sales environment working for Kwik Fit insurance, Yellow Pages and BT where I gained my telecoms knowledge. I have been with Telecom Networks for over 6 years now doing a variety of roles including business sales, service and complaints. I think it is important to build strong customer relationships and always offer good customer service. In January 2015 I became Sales manager.

My job is to help and support my sales team and make sure they have all the tools needed to help them succeed. The telecoms industry is changing every day so we make sure our customers always know about new products available. Every customer receives a fully account managed service with a dedicated account manager. The thing I love most about my job is that every day is different and I get to help and support people when they need it the most.

My name is Ashleigh, I work as a Desk Based Sales advisor here at Telecom Networks. Throughout my career I have always worked in a customer-focused environment. I take great pleasure in helping my customers and making sure that they are happy with the service Telecom Networks provide. I joined the team in 2011 and since joining I have continued to build on my knowledge of telecoms and technology which is an ever-evolving industry.

I enjoy my job and the team I work with and I am a happy, hard working, reliable and easy-going person. Good attributes make good customer service.



Originally, I joined the telecom networks team as a desk sales advisor, in this role my customer service skills were noticed by the management team and they decided to offer me a customer service role within the company.

In this role I deal with faults, billing, admin, and all aspects of customer service. Every day is a school day as I am constantly learning new skills and forever building on my telecoms knowledge. The thing I love most about this role is the relationship I get to build with both customers and teammates. I do believe that good customer service is the key to a successful business.

My name is Mary Folan and I have over 25 years of experience in both sales and customer service where I have really enjoyed working with both customers and employees at all levels, in business at BT, Virgin, Eon and Npower. I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the company along with a friendly and committed attitude which in turn gives me great job satisfaction.

I love my work and I am very passionate about customer care and ensuring our customer satisfaction is at the core of Telecom Networks. I take great pride in managing and maintaining professional relationships with existing customers as well as generating new business for the company.

In my spare time I like to practise Reiki, which I have 2 degrees in, and I love dining out, theatre and spending time with family and friends along with any holiday opportunities I can squeeze in.


Hi I'm Sandra and have worked with Telecom Networks since Jan 2016. I previously worked in the banking sector for 14 years where I gained strong customer service skills.

I am honest, reliable and friendly, and will go out my way to help in any way I can - this to me makes important customer service skills.

I love to build up a good relationship with customers by getting to know a bit about them and even exchanging everyday chats.
